- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale, including swimwear and undergarments, cannot be returned or refunded.

- Prepare Your Package: Include your receipt and pack the item securely (original packaging preferred).
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent the wrong/defective item. Use a trackable service.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
